Services Support and marketing coordinator – Maternity Cover

If you’ve got what it takes to play a key role within a team delivering high-quality services to farmers throughout the UK, we want to hear from you. We seek an enthusiastic and conscientious person to join our team at our offices near Glastonbury.

The Services Support and Marketing Coordinator role will be a key member of the team, working with other individuals within a busy office, providing support to our Dairy Insight and Dairy Manager services.  This will particularly involve developing and coordinating marketing materials, social media engagement, website content and other activities to promote further sales.

Preferred applicants will:

  • Confidence in engaging with social media, with a clear understanding of the benefits, sensitivities and pitfalls
  • Demonstrate excellent communication & organisational abilities
  • A marketing background and/or previous customer service experience is an advantage
  • Experience with Photoshop, Publisher, InDesign and WordPress would be preferred but not essential. Training can be provided
  • Have excellent literacy, accuracy of data entry & numeracy skills
  • Be an experienced user of Microsoft Office, with the ability to quickly develop new skills
