The Electronic Grassland Plate Meter Jenquip EC09 is the more basic model, but it still means all that all the difficult calculations are done for you!
With this model you view the average pasture cover data for the field, in the field – a good old-fashioned pen and paper are required to record the data as you walk your farm.
This electronic tool automatically counts and provides average height or cover (kg DM/ha) readings. This is the standard Jenquip Plate Meter that has been designed to be accurate and robust.
Our design of the plate meter is unique with a folding handle as standard with a ball top (other options are available)
