Dairy Costings Focus Report 2025

Kingshay’s Dairy Costings Focus Report 2025 reports on a highly unusual year in the dairy industry. We analyse our large dataset of dairy herds to reveal trends over time, as we have been collecting high quality data for over 25 years. Herds can be split by yield bands, milking frequency (including robotically milked herds), calving pattern and much more, to give insight into the strengths and weaknesses of different groups. In addition, we present our figures for the health and fertility performance and reasons for cows leaving the herds.
